Our Returns & Exchanges policy forms part of these Terms.
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused products returned in their original packaging. To initiate a return, customers must contact care@mella.com with their order number and details.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned goods have been received and inspected.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
SECTION 8 – CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
SECTION 9 – PRODUCT SAFETY & USE

Candles and fragranced products require appropriate care and handling. Full safety guidance is provided with each product and forms part of the conditions of use.
