How long will I have to wait for my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. You’ll be notified via email when your refund has been issued.

What is your return or refund policy?

Mella 1809 is privileged that you have chosen us to care for your home. We hope you are satisfied with your new approach to cleaning – but if for some reason you wish to return your product(s), simply email returns@mella.com. Please provide your full name and order number. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for all unused products, with their original labels and original packaging. Our team will carefully inspect goods to ensure their condition, and we may refuse to accept your return if the product is deemed to not be in a resalable condition. 

Customers will be responsible in returning the products using a courier of your choice, without any unreasonable delays. Please include the returns form with your parcel, which will help expedite the returns process. Keep a copy of your proof of postage – as we will not take responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Refunds will be processed by Mella 1809 as soon as possible through the original method of payment, no later than 14 days after receiving the goods (subject to the above conditions).
